Season of Gratitude | Sound Bath at the Sanctuary

Sunday November 23rd | 9:30 AM

As we approach the Thanksgiving season, join us for a restorative experience centered on reflection and gratitude. This time of year invites us to slow down and appreciate the simple gifts in life—the warmth of home, the comfort of good food, and the presence of loved ones.

During this gentle practice, you’ll be guided to release daily stresses and create space for your mind and heart to reset. Together, we’ll pause, reflect, and give thanks. Let this be a moment to connect inward and consider: What are you truly grateful for?

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body. During a sound bath, participants lie down and listen to resonant sounds in a full-body meditative experience. This often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that 'bathes' the participants.
